What is a Dynamic Fitness Boot Camp?
It is a program of fitness instruction, nutritional counseling and motivational training. Each day will consist of one hour of training that is guaranteed to motivate and get you result all while having fun.

What if I'm not very physically fit?
NOBODY will be pushed beyond their capabilities. Nor will anybody go home unchallenged! No matter what age or fitness background you have, everybody is welcomed to participate. Each day will vary in exercise selection and intensities so you will never get bored. You will be inspired and inspire others.

What types of exercises are included in the program?
Exercises include: TRX Suspension Trainer, core conditioning, short distance running, muscular strength, jumping rope, circuit training, kettle bell training, sport yoga, fitness kick boxing, pilates, sport drills, obstacle courses, and much more!

How often will we meet?
You are welcome to come any day that the boot camps are held (up to 5 days a week).

What do I need to bring?
If you are attending an outdoor boot camp you will need to bring an exercise mat and one set of hand weights (email me for you size)and most importantly, yourself! For information on where to purchase these products please email me.

What can I achieve from a Dynamic Fitness Boot Camp?
You will become more fit and toned, and you will gain more confidence making a dramatic improvement in your physical well-being. You will lose fat and gain muscle, you'll lose inches and gain strength while looking and feeling better. What is the cost and what is included?
The cost of the boot camp is varies if you decide to either join the outdoor or indoor camp. Please visit the registration page for pricing. You will have unlimited access to the training days.
