WHAT DO YOU NEED FOR ONLINE TRAINING?
All you need is a computer where you can receive your workouts from and that’s it!

Workouts will be designed specifically for you with the equipment you have available. If you don’t have anything, that’s ok. Body weight exercises have been greatly overlooked by many people. The benefits and the variety of exercises that can be done with just body weight are endless. For added intensity you can use weights, medicine balls, bands and much more.

You will have the option of combining your training with a personalized nutrition program. Your customized nutrition program will be emailed to you just like your exercise program. You will have access to your very own program that allows you to log your meals, search for substitute meals, track you progress, track your overall calories (protein, fat, carbohydrates etc.) allowing you to know exactly how you are doing. Being able to log and track your meal is a powerful tool providing you with valuable information for guaranteeing your success.

1800 sq feet private training facility has a changing room, private bathroom, and a private shower (currently being built). I will provide you with towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner.

Cardio Equipment: Treadmills and Ellipticals (coming soon). It is all there for you. The best part is that you can use them at any time, even when your not training with me, for FREE.
